INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We will ship worldwide including Canada and Europe.

Note :-Insurance is required on all international orders.

Please email your order with item number and quantity. Please include your name, address, postal code and daytime phone number.

Most items ship USPS Airmail. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs or other similar fees.

Free Shipping via UPS on orders of $200 does not apply to international orders.

U.S CUSTOMERS:

Free Shipping via UPS on orders of $200 or more, in continental US only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional shipping charge.

Domestic ground rates for orders under $200.00 are listed below.span>

All amounts are in US dollars.

Most orders ship from the warehouse within 72 hours. However, in case of a backlog in our shipping department, please allow up to 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.

For assembled doll houses please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and for custom built doll houses please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping.

All orders are automatically shipped UPS Ground.

If you would like express shipping, please contact us after you have made your purchase so we can upgrade you.

Please email us with your country, city and zip code to get accurate international shipping rates.

We will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for your order. Sorry, we cannot ship to FPO and APO addresses.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

If any of the items are out of stock we will contact you to give you an approximate delivery time. When your order is made up 'out of stock' items will be put on 'Back Order'.

You will be invoiced only for the items shipped.

When the 'Back Ordered' Stock arrives we will contact you and confirm delivery requirements before shipping and invoicing.

You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment without penalty. If you require insurance on your package we will arrange coverage and add the cost to your invoice.

If your Shipment Arrives Damaged

Note:- All returns must be pre-authorized. We take many precautions to ensure that your items arrive safely however in the case that you are in a situation where something arrives damaged we request that you notify us within 5 days of receiving your package.

If we are notified within this time frame we will be happy to exchange a damaged item (Exchanged only for the same item). If the whole package is damaged simply refuse to accept it. We will then send you a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, - less shipping and handling fees - within 7 days.

We ask that you contact us and state the reason for the return so we can issue a return merchandise authorization number.

Items must be returned undamaged with no signs of use or abuse with the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

We will issue a refund within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
