Shipping & Returns
U.S. CUSTOMERS: Orders placed before 1:00PM Eastern time Monday through Friday, are usually shipped that following day, via USPS Priority mail, 2-3 day delivery, Canadian shipments are international first class.
If any of the items are out of stock we will contact you to give you an approximate delivery time. When your order is made up ‘out of stock’ items will be put on ‘Back Order’. You will be invoiced only for the items shipped. When the ‘Back Ordered’ Stock arrives we will contact you and confirm delivery requirements before shipping and invoicing.
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment without penalty.
Shipping by priority surface mail is free on orders over U.S $500.00
If you require insurance on your package we will arrange coverage and add the cost to your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping insurance is required on all international orders. Please contact the delivery service first upon receipt of any damaged item(s) as all orders are carefully packed by us and the delivery service is responsible for safe delivery to you. Most items ship USPS Airmail. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs or other similar fees.
IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED :We take many precautions to ensure that your items arrive safely however in the case that you are in a situation where something arrives damaged we request that you notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. If we are notified within this time frame we will be happy to exchange a damaged item (Exchanged only for the same item). If the whole package is damaged simply refuse to accept it. We will then send you a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item please let us know. We will do our best to fix any problems.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, – less shipping and handling fees – within 7 days.We ask that you contact us and state the reason for the return so we can issue a return merchandise authorization number.
Items must be returned undamaged with no signs of use or abuse with the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We will issue a refund within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.Unless otherwise noted, we use flat-rate shipping. We ship to all 50 states, and Canada.
CANADIAN residents please note a $2.00 additional handling charge will be added to all orders during checkout, including orders that ship free. New England Miniatures will not be held responsible for any import duties,taxes,or brokerage fees.
