Returns and refunds I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You must return the item within 30 days of receiving them and shipping is at your own expense. I will offer exchange of items however all shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, unless the item is significantly damaged and it is not reasonable/practicable to replace individual parts. Refunds will only be provided for faulty items. If a part is damaged during shipping, I will replace this for you (items damaged in the post should be covered for damage as part of the postal fee). I will not refund for change of mind or if the part is broken from carelessness
