Very similar in style to the popular 1800 the Farthingale chair (or back stool), which was created without arms to accommodate the ladies large skirts, and its small, square back and seat were covered with leather stretched across it, trimmed in nail heads up until this time although simple, loose cushions were still predominant. The back stool came to be known as an upholsterers chair,The legs on this chair are simple knob turnings and the spreader bars are straight.The chair is available in a walnut finish with red leather upholstered seat and back.

French 19th-20th century Louis XV Desk
French 19th-20th century Louis XV bombe shaped petit-bureau de dame (secretary). banded with a gilt rim. Six small drawers form the superstructure of the desk. A small gilt decorated (none working) clock is cantered above the drawers. The leather desk top is outlined with a gilt twisted ribbon and the desk is fitted with a frieze drawer, attributed to François Linke (1855-1946). The pad feet and knees of the cabriole legs are decorated with a gilt leaf design and the front of the freeze drawer is similarly decorated with an extended carved leaf and bottom moulding. The Desk measures 9 7/8 inches high x 10 1/4 inches wide x 4 3/4 inches deep and is available in walnut with Gilt trim</p> (see JM8002SC for a matching desk chair)

French Rocco Style Couch Louis XV-walnut
French Rocco Style Couch Louis XV. has a high armchair back with a rounded end. The arm chair back of the chaise extends through to the front of the chaise and is infilled with cane mesh. The finger-moulded walnut frame incorporates the long sweeping cures of the Rocco style. The top rail of the frame is surmounted by elaborate pieced and carved design. At the high end of the chaise the rail extends with a cyma curve down to the front and back cabriole legs. The front seat rail and the side rails have a central carved cartouche flanked by conventional leafage sculls. The back of the chaise measures 5 inches high at the front and the back is 6inches high from the floor. The chaise measures 8 inches wide and 3 inches deep. It is available in a walnut finish upholstered in a red silk patterned fabric.

George 111 Urn Table
George 111 Urn Table with the hand carved cabriole legs and shaped apron. The legs have been finished with whorl feet and the table apron has raised carving in a fleur de list design. The cartouche shaped table top overhangs the apron with a Chippendale style moulding that forms a decorative point over each leg. The table is 2 3/8 inches high and the table top is 1 1/2 inches in diameter. The table is available in a walnut finish.

Gothic Style Aubrey - walnut
Aubrey or Medieval Alms cabinet - originally a cabinet that was used to store leftover food for the poor. The two cabinet doors are carved in gothic design. The panel at the back of the cabinet extends down to the pot board shelf and the floor. A turned column on either side supports the cabinet at the front. The side panels are carved with a similar design as on the cupboard doors and each panel is angled outward to meet the other panel. The top of the cabinet follows the same shape. The cabinet measures 8 1/2 inches high x 6 3/8 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches deep and is available in a walnut finish.
