Chinese Bed - walnut Note Bed is shipped Flat Packed
Qing Dynasty Day Bed. As signifiers of status, this bed is intricately decorated with auspicious motifs, and embellishments. Decorative fabric would have been draped between the posts of the bed and on top of the wooden canopy, that forms the ceiling is decorated with a wooden cupula. The bed measures 10 inches high to top of finale. It is 6 1/2 inches high to underside of canopy x 4 3/8 inches wide x 7 1/4 inches long. There are 2 bolsters and the bed is available in a walnut and gold finish.
