Dressing Table from the Bedroom of Ferdinand 11-Mahogany
The dressing table measures 6 5/8 inches high x 4 1/2 inches wide x 1 5.8 inches deep and has 2 drawers decorated with a gold painted cock beading and a cupboard decorated with ornamentation of an angel under each drawer. Extensive use of gold around the sides and front has been used to decorate the dressing table. 2 brackets to hold hats have been added on either side of the mirror. The dressing able is available in a mahogany finish

The cock bead around the panels on either side of the table and around the drawer fronts are painted gold. The dressing table is 5 1/4 inches high to the top of the crown moulding x 3 1/2 inches wide x 1 1/2 inches deep and is available painted white decorated with fine hand painted floral bouquets.

Drop Leaf Table-late Elizabethan
English 1850 During this period English furniture, in the domestic setting, was a symbol of status and wealth it was the decoration of the furniture that made furniture valuable. With turned baluster legs and square spreader bars the only decoration on this simple table which has been built to be sturdy and functional, is a recessed carving on both ends and on the front. The font panel opens down to create an enclosed storage space under the table top in place of an under the table shelf. The sides of the table fold down so that the table can be stored in a small space. The table measures 2 1/2 inches high x 2 3/4 inches deep x 2 1/4 inches wide with table leaves up or 1 3/8inches when table leaves are down. The table is available in a walnut finish.
