When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will get charged when the furniture ships out. This policy protects you from getting charged for orders that are not immediately in stock.

Do you have a store?

No we operate on line only. We have warehouses in the USA, in Canada,England and in Australia.

How do I pay by cheque? To pay by check simply call us or email us to set-up a manual invoice. On receipt of payment we will ship your order. You can also set-up a Paypal account and pay through your Paypal account. We offer paypal checkout in our store.

What Is Your Guarantee Policy?

All Products are guaranteed for quality and against imperfections. We request that you contact us directly with any guarantee related issues.

Who Handles Customer Service?

Custom Dollhouse has a full time customer service representative who will answer any questions and solve any issues you may have. You can contact us by email, phone 7 days a week. Our customer service phone number is 314 266 5068.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If we are able to cancel your order prior to being picked or shipped, there is no cancellation fee. If your order is cancelled after it has been shipped or picked we charge a flat rate of 15%(covering some of the restocking/shipping fees.) Cancellations or returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us and we will assess the situation for you.

Are finish colours accurate?

Because of the techniques used to finish the miniature furniture the finished colour is dependent on the wood as well as the carving on the item. We do our best to ensure consistency of colour on companion pieces however we cannot guarantee a perfect match especially with antique reproductions which historically did not match. If you have a question about a particular item please call us.

What scale are the items you sell?

EVERYTHING on our web site and in our printed catalogues is standard 1:12 scale (one-inch, 1").or 1:24 (half-scale) If an item is of a different scale the scale will be noted.

Discontinued Items

We have items on our site marked as Special/Closeout, these are items which have been discontinued by the manufacturer. We may have a few in stock but once they are sold we can not re order them.

Can you wrap my package or insert a gift card?

Yes.Additional charges apply.Please check our gift cards/gift wrapping page.

Can I use my own account number for shipping?

Yes, you can use your own UPS, FedEx Express, or Airborne Express account number to pay for you shipping charges. Just enter the account number in the Comments box on the Check-Out form during your order and specify the level of shipping service you want.
